Bridge City is a truly ground-breaking project in the history of South Africa in which small, medium and large-scale developers have an opportunity to participate. • New Regional Magistrates Court and District Hospital
o Earthworks for Regional Magistrates Court have started and construction to commence in September this year.
o Earthworks for the new Regional Hospital to commence before the end of 2009 with construction commencing in May 2010
• Main roads have been completed
• Landscaping of medians and sidewalks to commence in September 2009

• Separate freehold sites from 500 to 4000 m2, and Larger
• Floor area ratios between 0.5 and 6.0
• Bulk between 760(SMME) and 30 000 m2, full range of site (SMME to large high bulk mixed use development).
• Prices range between R550 (Residential) and R900 (Commercial) per bulk m2
